Juice Fasting or Master Cleanser Fasts are Amazing


I have found this niche of an opportunity to help others. I have been a massage therapist and shiatsu therapist for many years. I have been reading and following many teachers in regards to preserving this precious human body. The reason I want to stay healthy is out of sheer respect. Respect for myself, for my family, for my colleagues and for my clients.

Two months ago, I listened to a very well known biochemist from Miami, who has his own radio show and many books and articles about "health". He knows it all. He can tell you exactly how many of this or that supplement to take for this or that disease. It was very difficult to listen to this overweight (70 lbs atleast) man who could have had a heart attack at any moment.

There are so many people trying to sell this or that about nutrition. I sell my confidence in the amazing human body. I guide, coach and love you into making the necessary changes to live a balanced and fruitful life in this incredible human body.

If you don't want to be chemicalized, burned, cut upon and more, then you had better wake up. You can't ignore what your body is telling you. Please listen to the pain. It's the way your body is trying to tell you something.

A Piece of Paradise for Juice Feasting

Central Coast California really hit the spot last month. From April 27-May 2nd, nine participants decended on The Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort and Spa in San Luis Obispo for a 5 day juice fast with Jill Schneider, Director of Circle of Life Holistic Programs and her assistants, Joey Borelli and Holly Langley. When we weren't drinking our organic brews, we hiked, biked or just languised in the hot springs. Beautiful location, lovely rooms with hot tubs, plenty of educational materials and gatherings, organic fun all the way around.

Underlying Cause of all Dis-ease: Exhaustion - Dehydration - Malnutrition

The choices of how to take the best care of ourselves is overwhelming. From the wide assortment of supplements, certain kinds of water, air filtration systems, certain cleaning supplies to the special mattress, and the alarm clock that wakes you up with natural sounds....there are too many choices that can certainly confuse even the best of us.

True healing comes when we address three things: exhaustion, dehydration and malnutrition. The fastest way to help yourself heal is to put these issues first. If it means that you literally do not get out of bed for two days, drink juice, tea, broth and water; do an enema or two, take hot lavender essential oil and Epson salts baths, read and sleep.....you will change your state of health immensely. Try it. You can also turn off your phone, the TV and your computer. There is no cost involved. It's costly to get "sick".

Let's do a "sleep-in". There is not one person out there who wouldn't benefit from this simple procedure. It's basically just listening to what your body is asking for. Oh, but I have too much to do....does that sound familiar? Actually, what happens is that at some point your body will make you do this, by giving you the flu or a bad cold. Then you will miss work and feel crappy as well, and then, fall behind in your work. So, let's try to upgrade our health in order to prevent infectious disease. Now is a perfect time. If you can't do it this weekend, then let's plan it for next.
Here is the best program I recommend for those of you who want a self-guided home fasting program. Print out that page and go shopping. Even if you can't do the recommended ten days, which is possible once you begin it at home, just to get a feeling for what is involved. Get the book and all of the supplies and go for it. (Lemons or limes, agave syrup or maple, Smooth Move tea, sea salt, peppermint tea) and good water. Stay warm.

Create a Juice Fasting Vacation

Most of you probably want a Margarita Vacation, lots of dancing, getting dressed to the nines and partying your tush off. But, there are others, who work very hard and just know that vacation time needs to be a real time-out. I wholeheartly recommend a juice fasting vacation.

How about focusing on sleeping, eating and drinking organic fresh food, getting massages, walking along the beach, lying in the sun or in a shaded lounge chair by the sea.

I recommend and create this opportunity to recharge your battery. The body and mind can only take so much stress before it begins to get really sick. Then you won't even be able to take your well deserved vacation. Don't wait until that happens. Take the time now to learn about healing and health modalities that can help you more than you realize. Sleep, relaxation, nutrition, hydration, exercise, excellent food for the highest level of nourishment along with cleansing your colon and your entire body from toxic debris.

If you live and work in a city, you are really poisoning yourself. If you live on a golf course, you are breathing in all of the pesticides and chemicals used to make the grass very green and perfect.

We are all toxic, from our toes to the top of our heads. Take the time to educate yourself about this incredible body, which needs to be properly taken care of, if you want to function at your highest capacity. It's your time. Don't ignore the obvious.

Nothing Tastes Better Than Healthy Feels

You have just had a fabulous couple of weeks of celebrating and more. Believe me, I'm not a rigid health food nut. I had a few drinks and some chocolate myself. One of the amazing things about detoxing, however, is that I know how to do get rid of the crap, after I've had my fun. I don't like the feeling of being sugared out or numb from alcohol either. Basically, I just get back on the bandwagon and start again to consider my body and my ability to function at a higher and higher level of awareness. This is the week to do just that. Do your shopping with greater attention to the details. Consider buying less fillers and more organic fresh fruits and vegetables. The cost will balance out, believe it or not. Make sure you choose some fresh salad materials, some vegetables to steam such as brocolli, collards, swiss chard; and remember those lovely items to bake such as sweet potatoes and acorn or butternut squash. Soups are lovely as well, include some beans and veggies with some whole grains such as brown rice or barley. Consider fresh herbs to add to your salads and soups with high quality olive oil and fresh lemon or lime.

Large Bowl of Salad and small plate of other items; such as fish, chicken or meat. Personally, I am mostly vegetarian with some wild salmon a couple of times per week. I find that program works best for me. Find what works best for you. We all are different and have different needs. I recommend unprocessed, unadulterated foods, as fresh picked as possible. Start there and enjoy each bite.
